This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing assistance, answering account questions, and taking initiative to address customer needs. The associate will also provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors, manage and grow their business, ensure compliance, resolve problems, onboard new accounts, process and maintain records, implement technology changes, and prepare correspondence in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a client-first approach and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role is an integral part of the branch, serving financial advisors and clients within RBC Wealth Management.
