Description

As a Client Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy, you will be responsible for building and growing client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service. The role involves working closely with Investment Advisors, directly engaging with high-net-worth clients, supporting business development, and proactively improving the client experience.

What We're Looking For

Current accreditation and in good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) licensing with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.,Focus on each client's experience and connecting on a personal level.,Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships.,Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve the client experience.,Proactively identify business opportunities for your team.,Work closely with Investment Advisors to support business development activities and assist in building investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.,Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.,Grow your network to create lasting connections that will generate future opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Certified professional with current accreditation and in good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) licensing with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Experience in Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.,Client-first mindset, engaging to find the right solutions.,Driven to succeed, motivated by accomplishing goals and making an impact.,Engage with heart and mind, caring about people and understanding different perspectives.,Strong listening skills and ability to learn from others' experiences.,Attention to detail and critical thinking skills for informed decision-making.,Adherence to CIBC values: trust, teamwork, and accountability.
