Description

The Client Associate role at RBC Wealth Management involves supporting financial advisors and clients by applying administrative and operational expertise. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, resolving issues, ensuring compliance, processing transactions, and maintaining client relationships with a client-first approach, all within a professional and collaborative setting.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.,Assist clients with inquiries and account questions, escalating when necessary.,Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation.,Communicate with clients regarding required account items.,Facilitate transfers of funds and securities.,Complete trades in client accounts and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.,Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.,Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Strong verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.,Attention to detail with a focus on advisor efficiency.,Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.,Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.,Current FINRA registrations (Nice-to-have).,Financial services experience (Nice-to-have).
