The Client Associate (IR Licensed) at CIBC Wood Gundy will actively manage and expand client investment portfolios by providing expert investment advice and delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients. The role involves close collaboration with Investment Advisors to identify new business opportunities, enhance the client experience, and foster strong community relationships through marketing and outreach efforts. The position requires a certified Investment Representative (IR) accreditation and relevant experience within the financial services or brokerage industry.

What We're Looking For

Build and grow CIBC Wood Gundy client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service.,Collaborate with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and support business development.,Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to provide support, uncover business opportunities, and proactively enhance their experience.,Focus on each client’s experience, connecting personally to ensure meaningful interactions.,Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with the team to build trust and deepen relationships.,Identify and implement activities and processes to improve the client experience.,Proactively identify business growth opportunities for the team.,Assist in developing investment plans tailored to clients’ profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.,Enhance CIBC brand awareness by participating in local events, marketing, and outreach activities.,Expand professional network to cultivate future business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
