Description
As a Client Associate with CIBC Wood Gundy, you will focus on building and expanding client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service. You will collaborate with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and develop new business, engaging directly with high-net-worth clients to provide support, identify opportunities, and enhance their experience. You will proactively identify business opportunities, assist in building investment plans based on client profiles, and enhance CIBC's brand awareness through local events and networking.
What We're Looking For
Build and grow Wood Gundy client portfolios through relationship management, investment advice, and client service.,Work closely with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and develop new business.,Directly engage with high-net-worth clients to offer support, uncover business opportunities, and improve client experience.,Focus on each client's experience, anticipating needs and communicating promptly.,Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve client experience.,Proactively identify business opportunities for the team.,Support business development activities and assist in building investment plans.,Heighten CIBC brand awareness by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach.,Grow network to create lasting connections for future opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
Current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Registered Representative (RR) licensing is an asset.,Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience is required.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.
