Description

The Client Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy collaborates with Investment Advisors to manage client portfolios and drive business growth. This role focuses on direct engagement with high-net-worth clients to provide support, identify new business opportunities, and continuously improve the client experience. Key responsibilities include proactive engagement, relationship building within the community, and developing investment plans based on client profiles and risk tolerance.

What We're Looking For

Work closely with Investment Advisors to support business development activities and assist in building investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.,Directly engage with high-net-worth clients to offer support, uncover business opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience.,Proactively identify business opportunities for the team.,Heighten CIBC brand awareness in the community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.,Grow your network to create lasting connections that will generate future opportunities.,Prioritize client experience and connect on a personal level in every interaction.,Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships.,Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve the client experience.,Maintain detailed records in CRM software.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
