Description

As an RBC Ambassador within its branches, the Client Advisor is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting new client acquisition, and deepening existing relationships by understanding and addressing individual client needs. The role involves proactive client engagement, leveraging technology for service delivery, and identifying sales and referral opportunities while contributing to overall team performance.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in-branch to provide outstanding service, complete transactions, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on educating clients and demonstrating solutions, using technology to enhance the client experience and drive business.,Contribute to team results by offering advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, and fulfilling client solutions.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to foster a cohesive RBC team.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.,Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven environment.,Possess drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course), or willingness to obtain it.,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry (Nice-to-have).
