Description

As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor focuses on providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and offering solutions to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients within the branch setting. The role involves using technology to deliver a memorable client experience and contributing to team results through referrals and problem resolution.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients and deliver outstanding service by completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology for client experience, solutions, and business retention.,Contribute to team results by identifying opportunities for advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or fulfilling client solutions.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for a unified RBC team approach.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests during transactions.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated passion for client service and success in target-driven environments.,Drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across various devices.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.,Bilingualism (English and French).,Nice-to-have: Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships in financial, service, or retail industry.,Nice-to-have: Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
