As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor focuses on providing exceptional client service within branches, identifying and fulfilling client needs, and supporting business growth through new client acquisition and relationship deepening. The role involves leveraging technology, collaborating with partners, and adhering to compliance standards in a target-based performance environment.
Proactively engage with clients, deliver outstanding service, identify sales and referral opportunities, educate clients and demonstrate technology, contribute to team results, resolve client banking problems, cultivate partner relationships, and manage risks through compliance. Must-haves include a passion for client service, success in target-driven environments, drive, self-motivation, excellent communication, emotional intelligence, digital literacy, personal flexibility for varied work hours, eagerness to learn, determination to succeed, and bilingualism in English and French.
Track record in building and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry is nice-to-have. Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain it is also nice-to-have.
