Description

As an RBC Ambassador within our branches, you will prioritize clients' needs, find solutions, and drive business through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Key responsibilities include proactive client engagement, processing transactions, identifying sales and referral opportunities, utilizing technology to enhance client experience, resolving banking issues, collaborating with partners, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients and deliver outstanding service by completing transactions and identifying sales/referral opportunities.

Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology for a memorable client experience and driving solutions.

Contribute to team results by identifying opportunities to offer advice, introduce RBC partners, or fulfill client solutions.

Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for a cohesive RBC team approach.

Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls.

Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in target-driven environments.

Drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Personal flexibility to work flex hours.

Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Bilingualism (English and French) is required to serve both English and French-speaking clients.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
