As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor will prioritize client needs within branches, finding solutions and championing the RBC brand to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships. The role involves proactive client engagement, delivering exceptional service through transactions, identifying sales opportunities, and leveraging technology for a memorable client experience. Client Advisors will also contribute to team results by offering advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, and resolving banking problems. They are expected to cultivate relationships with partners and manage risks by adhering to compliance routines.
