Must-haves include a passion for client service, success in target-driven environments, drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, digital literacy, personal flexibility for varied work hours, eagerness to learn, and bilingualism in English and French. Nice-to-haves include a track record in client relationship building within financial, service, or retail industries, and Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
