What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branch and community settings to identify banking needs, offer advice, and uncover sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, utilizing technology to provide a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full spectrum of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to thoroughly understand their individual needs.,Proactively take responsibility for resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.,Demonstrated passion for prioritizing clients, coupled with success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Must be able to work all business hours.

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
