This role focuses on client-focused sales and problem-solving to enhance client interactions. The Client Advisor assists clients with daily banking needs, acts as an RBC ambassador to add value, and collaborates with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. This includes demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover sales and referral opportunities. Focus on client education using technology to deliver a memorable experience, drive sales, and retain business. Respond to client inquiries and assist with financial transactions. Actively listen to understand individual client needs, take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems, and cultivate relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.
Must-have: Demonstrated passion for clients, success in a target-driven sales environment, problem-solving and people skills, ability to build strong relationships, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, hunger for success, and digital literacy across various devices. Nice-to-have: Track record in building and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry, Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
