Description

The Client Advisor role at RBC involves being an ambassador within branches, focusing on client needs and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, identifying sales and referral opportunities, utilizing technology to enhance client experience, contributing to team results, resolving banking issues, fostering partner relationships, and ensuring compliance. The position aims to support new client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships, with potential career progression to Account Manager/Banking Advisor.

What We're Looking For
