Description

The Client Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada is responsible for engaging with clients in branches, providing excellent service, and identifying sales and referral opportunities. This role involves using technology to deliver client solutions, proactively resolving banking issues, fostering relationships with partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients and deliver an outstanding service experience by completing transactions and identifying sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.,Contribute to team results by listening, spotting opportunities for additional advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client solutions.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.,Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.,Bilingualism (English and French) is required.,Nice-to-have: Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry.,Nice-to-have: Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
