Description

This role focuses on leveraging client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving abilities to maximize client interactions. The Client Advisor assists clients with daily banking needs, acts as an RBC ambassador, and collaborates with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all contributing to exceptional client experiences, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.,Educate and demonstrate digital tools to clients, using technology to enhance client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions when they initiate contact.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
