The Client Advisor position at Royal Bank of Canada is an opportunity for individuals with client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The role involves assisting clients with daily banking needs, demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex financial opportunities to specialists. What We're Looking For

Key responsibilities include proactive engagement with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover sales or referral opportunities. The role emphasizes client education using technology, assisting with financial transactions, and resolving client banking issues. Building and maintaining relationships with internal partners for business opportunities is also crucial. Must-have skills include a passion for client service, success in a target-driven sales environment, strong problem-solving and people skills, relationship-building abilities, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, a hunger for success, and digital literacy across various devices. The ability to work all business hours is required.

Ideal Candidate

Nice-to-have qualifications include a track record in building and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry, and Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
