Description

As an RBC Client Advisor, you will serve as a branch ambassador, prioritizing client needs to offer tailored solutions. The role involves actively acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships. You are expected to be self-motivated, deliver exceptional customer service in a target-based environment, and contribute to the team's success by managing transactions, identifying sales opportunities, leveraging technology for enhanced client experiences, and resolving banking issues.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver outstanding service by completing transactions and identifying sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.,Contribute to team results by listening, identifying opportunities for additional advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client solutions.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.,Drive and self-motivation, along with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry.,Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
