Description

This role involves maximizing client interactions by using client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills. The Client Advisor helps clients with everyday banking needs, adds value through meaningful interactions, and collaborates with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals. This includes demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community, uncovering banking needs, providing advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, utilizing technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
