Description

This position at Royal Bank of Canada is for a Client Advisor who will use client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The role involves assisting clients with daily banking, providing valuable support, and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex cases to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology for a memorable client experience, driving sales, and retaining business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon their contact.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Strong problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build robust relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Ability to work all business hours.

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
