Description

This is a client-focused sales role at RBC, where the intern will use problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The role involves assisting clients with everyday banking, acting as an RBC ambassador, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital technology demonstrations to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
