Responsibilities include assisting with financial transactions, understanding individual client needs through active listening, proactively resolving client banking problems, and maintaining relationships with partners for business opportunities. Must-haves include a passion for client service, success in a target-driven sales environment, problem-solving and people skills, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and digital literacy across various devices. The ability to work all business hours is also required.
Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry. Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
