As a Client Advisor Intern at RBC, you will provide financial advice to clients, helping them find solutions that meet their individual needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service by completing transactions, engaging in needs-based conversations, and assisting clients with RBC's digital capabilities, while adhering to compliance routines and managing risks.
Serve clients by delivering exceptional customer service through completing transactions, engaging in needs-based conversations, and communicating with clients throughout the branch.,Identify needs and provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients.,Contribute to team sales results by listening for opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners.,Understand & resolve client concerns at first point of contact.,Educate & assist clients with using RBC digital capabilities.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls.
Proven customer service skills, preferably in the financial or service industry.,Drive and self-motivation.,Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.,Sales experience in the financial or service industry (Nice-to-have).
