Description

As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor focuses on understanding and addressing individual client needs, driving business growth through new client acquisition, and nurturing existing relationships. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service within a target-based performance environment and champions the RBC brand.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch, delivering outstanding service through transactions and identifying sales/referral opportunities.

Utilize technology for client education and demonstrations to enhance the client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.

Contribute to team results by offering additional advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client solutions.

Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.

Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests during transactions.

Demonstrated passion for prioritizing clients and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.

Possess drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Exhibit digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Personal flexibility to work flex hours.

Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry (Nice-to-have).

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) (Nice-to-have).
