Description

As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor focuses on providing exceptional client service within branches, identifying and fulfilling client needs, and actively supporting new client acquisition while deepening existing relationships. This role requires individuals who are self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of driving business in a target-based performance environment.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients to deliver outstanding service, completing transactions, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.,Utilize technology to educate clients, demonstrate solutions, and enhance the client experience.,Contribute to team goals by offering advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfilling solutions.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for a cohesive RBC team approach.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.,Drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.,Bilingualism (English and French) required for serving clients.,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry (Nice-to-have).,Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) (Nice-to-have).
