Client Advisor
Description
As an RBC Ambassador in branches, you will prioritize clients and identify solutions to their needs. You will champion the RBC brand, drive business through new client acquisition, and deepen existing relationships. This role offers the opportunity to build a career as a future Account Manager/Banking Advisor, especially if you are self-motivated and thrive in a target-based performance environment. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with clients, delivering exceptional service by completing transactions, and spotting sales and referral opportunities. You will educate clients and demonstrate technology to enhance their experience, contribute to team results by offering advice, connecting clients with RBC partners, or fulfilling solutions. The role also involves resolving and preventing client banking problems, cultivating partner relationships, and managing risks by adhering to compliance routines and controls.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.,Drive and self-motivation, along with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.,Bilingualism (English and French) is required to serve both English and French-speaking clients.,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry (nice-to-have).,Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) (nice-to-have).
