Client Advisor (Bilingual: English and Portuguese/Polish/Italian) - Toronto

Description

This position requires a client-focused individual with sales expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The role involves assisting clients with daily banking needs, leveraging digital tools, and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Success in this role contributes to client satisfaction, loyalty, and meaningful client experiences.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and provide advice.,Identify and pursue sales and referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking solutions.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners for business opportunities.,Must have verbal fluency in English and either Portuguese, Polish, or Italian.,Demonstrated passion for a client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices.,Ability to work all business hours.

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
