Description

This role focuses on client-centric sales expertise and problem-solving to optimize client interactions. The Client Advisor assists clients with daily banking needs, serves as an RBC ambassador by providing value, and collaborates with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all aimed at creating meaningful client experiences and fostering loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, utilizing technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to understand their individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Special Commitments

Required to be fully available to work during RBC's retail branch hours of operation, including extended hours Monday through Saturday until 8:00 PM and Sunday as applicable.
