Description

As an RBC Ambassador, the Client Advisor will serve clients within branches, addressing their individual needs and promoting the RBC brand. This role involves acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed to exceptional customer service, and thrive in a target-driven environment, with potential for career advancement to Account Manager or Banking Advisor.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch to provide outstanding service, complete transactions, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Utilize technology to educate clients, demonstrate solutions, enhance client experience, drive business solutions, and retain clients.,Contribute to team results by identifying opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to foster a unified RBC team approach.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.,Demonstrated passion for client-first service and success in a hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.,Possess drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.,Be digitally literate across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Have personal flexibility to work flex hours.,Show eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Ideal Candidate
