Client Advisor - Vaughan, North York, Etobicoke - Bilingual (Fluent in: Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish or Italian)

Description

As a Client Advisor at RBC, you will be the initial point of contact for clients visiting retail banking locations. Your role involves proactively greeting and engaging clients, assisting with everyday banking needs, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to provide client-centric advice and solutions. You will also contribute to team success by making referrals to RBC Partners for more complex needs, champion digital enablement, and manage risks by adhering to compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For

Maintain an engaging on-the-floor presence in retail locations, proactively greeting and engaging clients.,Actively listen to understand client needs, taking ownership and resolving concerns at first point of contact.,Assist clients with immediate everyday banking needs for personal and business accounts using RBC's systems and digital platforms.,Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs, provide appropriate advice, solutions, and service.,Contribute to collective team success by uncovering opportunities for warm introductions to RBC Partners for complex client needs.,Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self-serve and leading with advice through digital channels.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Work Hours

37.5 hours/week, fully available during RBC's retail branch hours of operation, including extended hours Monday through Saturday until 8:00 PM and Sunday as applicable.
