Client Advisor - Vancouver Westside

Description

This role is for a client-focused sales professional who will maximize client interactions by using problem-solving skills to assist clients with everyday banking needs. The Client Advisor will act as an RBC ambassador, adding value to client experiences and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their goals, whether it's demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, or referring complex opportunities to specialists. The goal is to create meaningful client experiences, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology for memorable client experiences, sales, and business retention.,Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Ideal Candidate

Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
