Description

This role involves client-focused sales and problem-solving to enhance client interactions. The Client Advisor will assist with daily banking needs, act as an RBC ambassador, and collaborate with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all aimed at driving client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and technology demonstration to deliver memorable client experiences, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon their contact.,Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Strong problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Ability to work all business hours.,Fluent in Cantonese.,Nice-to-have: Track record in building and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.,Nice-to-have: Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).

Work Hours

Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours/week, up to 37.5 hours/week; must be available during RBC's retail branch hours, including extended hours Monday-Saturday until 8:00 PM and Sundays as applicable.
