Client Advisor - Mayfield Pointe West

Description

This role involves maximizing client interactions through client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving. The advisor will assist clients with everyday banking, utilize digital banking tools, onboard new clients, and refer complex needs to specialists, all to foster positive client experiences and enhance loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Demonstrated passion for putting clients first.,Success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (nice-to-have).,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) (nice-to-have).
