Description

This role focuses on client-centric sales, leveraging problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The Client Advisor assists clients with daily banking needs, utilizes digital banking tools, on-boards new clients, and refers complex cases to specialists. The goal is to create positive client experiences, foster satisfaction, and drive loyalty by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing advice and solutions.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community, identifying banking needs and sales opportunities,Provide help and advice, focusing on client education and digital banking demonstrations,Respond to client inquiries and assist with financial transactions,Actively listen to understand individual client needs,Resolve and prevent client banking problems,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first,Success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment,Problem-solving and people skills,Ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops),Ability to work all business hours

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) (Nice-to-have),Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (Nice-to-have)
