Description

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy division, which serves high net worth clients. The assistant will help manage client investments, support high net worth client accounts, and contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on learning the investment business.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files.,Conduct administrative activities and processes to support Investment Advisors and teams.,Engage in marketing and business development activities, assist in developing investment plans and written proposals.,Assist in directing assets into suitable financial products based on client profiles.,Connect with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide an exceptional experience.,Attend local events and participate in marketing/outreach to heighten CIBC brand awareness.,Grow network for future opportunities.,Support Investment Advisors by providing timely responses and maintaining compliance.,Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities.
