The Team Leader - Self-managed Transactions and Payments will play a key role in operations by providing daily team support, optimizing processes, and organizing work in a high-volume financial services environment. This position aims to ensure clients feel confident and secure about their future by contributing to the company's mission through collaboration and innovation.
Provide direct support to technicians in analysis, problem resolution, and complex request processing, answering operational questions and proposing adapted solutions.,Act as a first-level operational escalation point for sensitive files, support activity prioritization, and contribute to resolving operational incidents and critical situations.,Ensure compliance with operational processes related to mutual fund and segregated fund transactions, including controls, deadlines, and quality standards.,Participate in DMS, plan activities, distribute workload according to operational needs, and ensure daily sharing of key information and operational changes with the team.,Contribute to the training, coaching, and integration of new employees, explain technical or complex aspects accessibly, and support the updating and improvement of administrative procedures.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations.,College Diploma (DEC) in administration, finance, or a related discipline.,Advanced knowledge of the English language, as the individual will communicate via emails and meetings with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and partners.
