Strong experience collaborating with programmers and on complex technical projects.,Ability to define a strategic vision while being able to delve into technical details.,Experience in managing program outcomes, with sufficient understanding to validate the relevance and robustness of proposed plans.,Good understanding of how complex systems work, their role and interactions, with a strong curiosity to understand their mechanisms.,Excellent organizational skills in unstructured contexts and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.,Experience in DevOps, game engines, platforms, and tools highly desired.,Significant experience in managing roadmaps for large teams and mobilizing teams around common objectives.,Experience in structuring and developing organizations to support growth and demand.,Ability to work effectively with assertive stakeholders while achieving expected results.
