Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging.
Bag all cheese and smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan.
Work in the Brine area as assigned.
Ensure the correct vat is being released and accurately fill out brine paperwork.
Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes.
Make boxes.
Load cheese into packaging machine.
Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
Palletize all products.
Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
Learn operation of the robots and make adjustments as needed.
Set up case erector and top sealer for boxes.
Must work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures including the use of safety equipment.
Must be able to work in a physical environment.
