CAA-Québec is looking for a tow truck driver for Quebec City (Armand Viau) to assist its members. This is a full-time, regular position (38 hours per week over 4 days) on evening or night shifts, including one weekend day. The role involves roadside assistance and customer service.
Perform safety checks on the truck according to regulations.
Assist members on the road by offering various roadside assistance services: towing, flat tire repair, unlocking, battery boosting, and accompaniment.
Provide courteous and high-quality customer service, reflecting CAA-Québec's values.
Maintain communication with the supervisor in case of unforeseen situations.
Ensure the vehicle is refueled and clean for the next colleague after your shift.
High school diploma or relevant vocational diploma (towing, transport, or mechanics), or an equivalence test.
Demonstrate client excellence by communicating clearly and respectfully.
Show daily energy by maintaining a positive attitude.
Be rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented, even under pressure.
Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a good driving record.
Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Have knowledge of mechanics and the Quebec City region.
Ability to perform the following physical tasks without limitations: remaining crouched for prolonged periods, pushing and pulling loads up to 40 kg, lifting loads up to 30 kg to shoulder height, remaining seated for 30-minute periods, working in restrictive postures, or other physical requirements.
High school diploma or relevant vocational diploma (towing, transport, mechanics) or equivalence test.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a good driving record.
