The Charity Development Partner at Laura Canada will be instrumental in establishing and growing the company's future charitable foundation. This role also involves supporting internal culture and employee engagement through strategic coordination, fundraising research, partnership development, and event planning. Support the planning and implementation of charity programs and fundraising initiatives.,Research and identify grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.,Prepare compelling grant applications and donor proposals.,Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and sponsors.,Coordinate logistics and communications for fundraising campaigns and events.,Track and report on donations, grants, and impact metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute internal culture and engagement events (e.g., appreciation initiatives, seasonal celebrations, employee volunteer days).,Support the development of programs that foster connection, inclusion, and pride across the organization.,Contribute creative ideas to strengthen employee engagement and align activities with Laura Canada’s mission and values.,Assist with communications and storytelling related to culture and charitable initiatives.
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, community engagement, and employee experience.,Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.,Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Passion for both community impact and workplace culture.
