The primary mission of this role is to engage in the development of business opportunities within Moment Factory's Original Experiences division. This involves contributing to the strategic vision and evolution of their signature immersive experiences by conducting market analyses, identifying and qualifying new prospects, and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Identify and analyze key market segments for Augmented Games (e.g., theme parks, entertainment venues, brand activations, museums).,Perform continuous competitive and technological monitoring of immersive, interactive, and location-based entertainment (LBE) experiences.,Develop and maintain a network of potential clients, technology partners, and industry influencers.,Propose innovative acquisition strategies and business models (e.g., licensing, partnerships, ticketing) for augmented game projects.,Coordinate and communicate effectively with production, creative, and international teams regarding new Augmented Games opportunities.,Maintain and optimize the CRM system with relevant performance indicators.,Act as the main point of contact for new clients, translating their business objectives into potential game concepts.,Collaborate with Producers and Creative Directors on presentations and proposals.,Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.,Participate in service offer negotiations and contract reviews.,Actively prospect for new clients in target markets.,Represent Moment Factory and Augmented Games at industry conferences, trade shows, and events (e.g., GDC, IAAPA).,Organize and lead strategic development missions to explore new markets or partnerships.
First cycle university degree (Bachelor's) in business administration, marketing, video game production, or a related field.,Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in video game, interactive entertainment, creative technologies, or location-based entertainment (LBE) industries.,Experience in software, product, and ticketing license management is a significant advantage.,Established network of contacts in sectors such as theme parks, international brands, family entertainment centers (FECs), or video game production.,Good knowledge of business intelligence tools.,Excellent understanding of business models related to immersive, gamified experiences and amusement center operations is an asset.,Good knowledge of interactive technologies (e.g., AR, projection mapping, sensors) and current trends in gaming and mixed realities.,Proven experience in selling high-value creative and technological concepts.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and creative concepts.,Knowledge and/or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI).,Essential bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written.,Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), Keynote, and Google/MS Office suite.
