Description

The role involves managing heavy residential installation projects for Perform Air Industries Inc., encompassing planning, coordination, quality control, client satisfaction, budget adherence, scheduling, cost validation, invoicing, promoting maintenance contracts, and regular site visits.

What We're Looking For

Organize, plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.,Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.,Prepare project documents (tender specifications, business plans).,Evaluate human, financial, material, and informational resources.,Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.,Verify installation startup schedules.,Monitor installation costs and validate extras.,Handle project invoicing.,Inform clients about the importance of maintenance contracts.,Regular site visits.,Equipment follow-up.,Report and follow-up with clients and management.

Ideal Candidate

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction.,2 to 3 years of experience in project management/employee management.,Knowledge of laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to activities and projects.,Bachelor's, AEC/DEC in building mechanics, civil engineering technology, or other relevant training (an asset).,Knowledge of health and safety at work (an asset).,Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree, AEC/DEC in building mechanics, civil engineering technology, or other relevant training (an asset)
