The Project Manager for Commercial Installations (CPI candidate) will report to the Director of the Commercial Installations Department. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising commercial HVAC projects, rigorously tracking each stage. The role also involves estimating project costs, preparing detailed bids, and working closely with technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with current HVAC standards and regulations for commercial buildings, serve as the primary client contact to understand their needs and provide technical advice, and resolve unforeseen issues with creative and effective solutions to guarantee client satisfaction. Regular travel to construction sites in the South Shore and Montreal areas is required.

Relevant experience in site management and coordination.,CPI candidates (asset).,1 to 2 years of relevant experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC/CVAC) (asset).,1 to 2 years of experience in project management and personnel management.,Possess a valid vehicle and driver's license.,Knowledge of laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to activities and projects.,Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in building mechanics, civil engineering technology, or any other relevant training (asset).,Knowledge of occupational health and safety (asset).,Knowledge of the geography of Montreal, South Shore, and Montérégie regions (asset).
