Description
This role involves leading strategic initiatives focused on data management and business intelligence within iA Financial Group. The project manager will contribute to improving the physical, mental, and financial health of millions of Canadians by optimizing data usage and transforming business intelligence practices. The role emphasizes value creation, continuous improvement, and team mobilization in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Mobilize teams around a common vision, fostering fluid and high-performing collaboration in a harmonious climate.
Adapt management approach based on context (Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, hybrid management).
Communicate clearly and engagingly with internal and external stakeholders, simplifying issues and consolidating perspectives.
Anticipate risks and issues, define proactive action plans, and support teams in resolving blockers.
Organize and facilitate key project lifecycle events (planning, follow-up, feedback).
Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Participate in process evolution and implementation of technological solutions, integrating emerging technologies, analytics, and AI.
Ensure transparent and structured tracking of progress, resources, and costs, while formulating strategic and operational recommendations.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience in complex data project management.
Experience in the financial and/or insurance sector.
University degree in management, IT, or related field.
Mastery of Agile, Lean, SAFe methods and hybrid environments.
