Description

The Change Management Partner for the Information Technology (IT) team is responsible for driving the adoption of new technology, processes, and roles within the organization. This role involves creating and executing change management strategies for complex initiatives, balancing adoption results with rapid delivery. The ideal candidate can strategize with executives, develop transformational roadmaps, and implement tactical delivery plans in collaboration with team members.

What We're Looking For

Execute change management strategies to achieve measurable user adoption and proactively address resistance risks.,Select effective change methodologies for specific stakeholders and initiatives, including multi-phased and complex projects.,Utilize a robust, easy-to-deploy transformation methodology for complex organizational changes.,Assess change impact of complex solutions and align adoption approaches to address risks.,Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for the human aspect of change.,Support core activities like stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness assessments, communication, training, and change sustainability.,Develop audience-specific, easy-to-understand communications that deliver value.,Work collaboratively across departments and geographies, building local support.,Collaborate with other change leads across the organization.,Drive continuous improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, organizational development, behavior, change management, communications, or related discipline.,Master's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.,Minimum 5 years related experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, or project delivery.,Experience implementing successful large-scale changes in global organizations.,Ability to incorporate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, waterfall).,Exceptional communication, facilitation, and listening skills.,Ability to connect with all levels in an organization.,Ability to “connect the dots” across a complex program of adoption needs.,Experience using measures and analytics to baseline current state and show progress in future state related to change.,Desire for working in a highly collaborative environment.
