Cash Management Sales Associate (RBC Clear)

Description

The Cash Management Sales Associate is a key member of the Corporates coverage team, responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills within RBC's treasury organization, leading to a successful career and potential progression to more senior treasury group positions like cash management sales.

What We're Looking For

Work with treasury sales on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing, and run profitability models.,Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.,Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.,Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.,Develop an understanding of competitors' products and positioning within the client and market.,Work with treasury sales solutions throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.,Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, and accurate pricing/billing.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree required.,Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking and treasury experience.,Strong interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions.,Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures.,Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson.,Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.,Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills.
