Cash Management NBFI Sales Associate (RBC Clear)

Description

The Treasury Sales Associate within the Non-Bank Financial Institutions organization is responsible for providing sales support to Industry Sales Leads. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing financial solutions, and contributing to a leading Treasury Management team. Key activities include preparing client proposals, assisting with client call preparation, understanding client and competitor treasury structures, coordinating with product partners, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring successful implementation and billing of services. The position offers a path for career development into more senior roles within the Treasury group.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree is required.,Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking or cash management experience.,Experience in a sales, account management, relationship management, or other client-facing field.,Strong understanding of Treasury and Cash Management, including foundational knowledge of treasury services and products for large institutional clients.,Strong drive and ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson.,Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.,Time management, organizational, and planning skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills.

Ideal Candidate
