What We're Looking For

Understand client needs and guide them through their financial journey.,Proactively acquire new clients and assets through strategic outreach, community engagement, and various prospecting methods (e.g., cold calling, events, networking).,Utilize data and technological tools for in-depth analysis and informed advice.,Identify and implement improvements for productivity and work processes.,Stay current with the latest financial trends and best practices.,Support team members and foster a collaborative environment.,Maintain a strong focus on risk management to protect clients and the company.,Actively contribute to a positive, service-oriented team culture.

Ideal Candidate

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher (required for event invitation, preferred for the role).,Reside in one of the specified cities listed in the posting.,Meet the minimum requirements of the role.,3-5 years of experience in a banking or financial services role preferred.,Demonstrated ability to build relationships, grow a client base, and provide investment advice.,Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to start date.,Prepared to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if not already held.,Commitment to earn the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years. CFP eligibility requires a University Degree OR up to 10 years of qualifying work experience OR being a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years.
