As a Business Team Senior Specialist in CIBC's Agent@Home Contact Centre Credit Cards Department, you will be the initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their credit card inquiries and operations. Your role involves answering incoming calls, identifying client needs, and proactively offering solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You will provide information and solutions regarding CIBC's credit card products and services, aiming for efficient problem resolution and exceptional client experiences.
